Binghamton Mayor Now Running for Office in Dimock Pennsylvania, Allegedly

How could it be that Binghamton, New York is able to find the money to transport water to Dimock, Pennsylvania, but can't seem to find cash on hand to fix a heating system The Greenman Senior Center. Who is he representing exactly.

In case you missed it the EPA recently sent a letter to Dimock residents that states that affected well water is safe and  doesn't pose a risk to human health. While I am at it, how is it that suddenly the EPA and DEC are political pawns doing dirty deeds for the political enemy and are no longer to be trusted.  Regardless, here is the letter.

 So why all the bluff and bravado from Mayor Ryan? My guess is that he has ulterior motives. Seems before politics he fancied himself something of an environmental lawyer.

Binghamton lies in the heart of the Southern Tier of New York. It has been depressed economically for years and this fall saw some of the worst flooding in its history. Surely there are better things to spend valuable taxpayer money on than shipping water to Pennsylvania. It appears Mayor Ryan is more interested in pushing his narrow environmental agenda than representing the good people of Binghamton and leading the city to recovery.

What a shame.
